- Advice on achievable selling prices and recommendation of actions, in order to increase asset marketability.
- Preparation of investment teasers.
- Market awareness & market sounding e.g. prior to formal auction process.
- Structured sales processes, including detailed Investment Memorandum, potential investor contact list, request for expressions of interest, shortlisting, site visits, preparation and running of Virtual Data Rooms, binding bids, detailed negotiations and contract preparation, coordination of tax advisors, lawyers, banks.
- Buy-Side
- Help the client formulate appropriate and realistic investment criteria.
- Source potential assets from a wide range of market contacts, including banks, investors, hotel owners, public institutions, brokers.
- Help create off-market transactions.
- In close collaboration with our valuation and investment advisory and technical teams, undertake appraisal of identified assets, and assist the client in due diligence and risk assessment.
- Negotiations, transaction structuring and coordination of third-party advisors and financiers.
